What is NLP?
Change the response at its source.
NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. NLP is a method designed to create rapid, sustainable change at the level of the unconscious mind, where habits, beliefs, values, and emotional responses are stored.
The conscious mind is the goal-setter. The unconscious mind is the goal-getter, using the beliefs, values, habits, and emotional associations already in place to drive behavior. When those drivers keep you stuck, NLP works to change them. Change the pattern. Change the response.
