Sovera Collective operates two distinct service lines. This page clarifies how they are structured, what they are, and what they are not.
Sovera Health — medical services
Medical care is delivered under HeartSpringTX PLLC by a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner. Services are provided via telehealth to adults located in Texas at the time of the visit. Sovera Health does not treat pediatric patients or provide emergency care.
Sovera Coaching — coaching, not treatment
Coaching is forward-focused work on goals, mindset, and habits. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, or a substitute for either.
Sovera Coaching is offered by Amy Bickford as an independent coaching engagement and is not delivered under HeartSpringTX PLLC or as part of Sovera Health's medical services.
Outcomes
Individual results vary. Coaching and clinical outcomes are not guaranteed. Programs are structured by the depth and length of support offered, not by promised results.
