Sovera Collective LLC operates two service lines: Sovera Health (functional medicine telehealth delivered by HeartSpringTX PLLC) and Sovera Coaching (NLP-based coaching services offered independently). Availability of services may be limited by state licensure and scope of practice.
No provider–patient relationship
Browsing this Site, submitting a form, or otherwise interacting with the Site does not create a provider–patient, coaching, or professional relationship. Such a relationship is established only through a formal consultation and any required agreements.
